Purchased a product, but realized that for some reason it does not suit you? Don't worry, you can always contact us to consider the possibility of exchanging or returning the product.

How to return or exchange a product that did not suit you?

You can return the product to the online store within 14 days from the date of purchase, excluding the day of purchase.

Please note! Separate items are not subject to exchange and return.

Returns and exchanges are possible subject to the following requirements:

• the product has not been used;
• all seals and labels are preserved;
• the integrity of the set and packaging is not violated;
• the warranty card and document confirming payment are preserved;
• the product does not belong to the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to return.
