Payment Details for CA
You can pay for your order in cash directly upon receiving the parcel. Courier delivery is available only to a private address. Payment by card to the courier is not available.
GLS Delivery
With Nova Poshta delivery, you can receive your order even in the most remote parts of Ukraine. On average, delivery takes 1–3 days and costs 40 UAH. When placing an order, our managers will agree with you on the delivery date before shipping the product and will also provide a tracking number for the parcel.

During peak periods (sales, promotional campaigns), delivery times may be extended. The current estimated delivery time, cost, and available options will be shown during the checkout process.

3–6 days: Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipro, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kovel, Kolomyia, Kremenchuk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Novovolynsk, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv.
5–8 days: Brody, Volodymyr-Volynskyi, Drohobych, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Kropyvnytskyi, Lubny, Melitopol, Nikopol, Pavlohrad, Stryi, Chervonohrad
7–9 days: Donetsk**, Luhansk**
Other localities: from 7 to 11 days

Unfortunately, delivery to retail stores is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Fitting is not available. Partial return or selection from the order is not possible.
If the courier is unable to deliver the order to the specified address on the first attempt, they will try again. If the second attempt fails, the parcel will be returned to the online store.
