1. How to Return or Exchange a Product
You may return or exchange a product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (excluding the day of purchase).
Please note: Cut-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product has not been used or put into operation;

All seals, tags, and labels are intact;

The complete set and original packaging are preserved and undamaged;

The warranty card and proof of payment are retained;

The item does not fall under the list of non-returnable goods according to applicable consumer protection regulations.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at swpowerhearit@gmail.com. Once we confirm that your return meets the conditions listed above, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
The return shipping cost is generally covered by the buyer unless the product was faulty or shipped in error.
4. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
